The other week I saw this really neat window display at my local Anthropologie store. They placed garlands of streamers along these fake wooden branches to make it look like those long hanging flowers. I thought it would be a neat idea for streamers along the ceiling as well as a backdrop. Here are some pictures of what I'm talking about...
